Good Business Is Where You Find It

A pecular man walked through the streets of Xexoria. His style of dress and white hair made his stand out from the crowd, somewhat. Other than that, there was nothing odd about him. Nothing odd about his eye color, grey, and nothing odd about his skin tone or height, 5'10". The man was a man of great wealth and also a man on a mission. He had his sword on his being but kept his sheathed on his back, since it was doubtful he would come under attack in a busy public area, at least just yet. He did keep it on him just in case some one were to jump him though. It was likely that word would get out about him asking so many questions and perhaps his enemy would send minions to track him down and silence him. And there were his questions, lots and lots of questions. He would constantly ask about, always involving where he could find someone of Benglasse decent or someone under the leadership of such a person. Strangely, he neglected to go up to the palace to ask such obvious questions. Maybe he thought it would be rude of himself to do so. As he asked about one thing became appearant. He needed the Benglasse's help, but what for?

The two mage knights were walking with Lynette heading towards one of the mage schools located in the city, their eyes settled upon the stranger that was walking the streets having not seen him here before. They glanced over their shoulder to Lyn to see if she had taken note of the stranger also as they knew she was keeping track of the coming and goings of all who entered the kingdoms capital.
Lyn looked towards the man, her eyes were a mixture now of siver and amethyst almost turning to the molten look of greyish black. She watches the movement of this man for a moment did she plant the guys image upon her memory for the future should their paths cross, her steps were slow and silent thanks to her slippers. Robes of the mage class is what she wore this day with the wind making the white silks ripple around her slender figure.

Lynette herself no doubt attracted her fair share of attention. It was no wonder that the stranger looked over at her as well. Either that or perhaps he'd taken note of the brief attention she'd given him. To him, she looked as if she were important and seemed to be moving about with body guards. He paused only a moment more before making his way towards her, navigating his way through the sea of citizens. "You there. Could you please tell me how I might arrange a meeting with one of the Benglasse?" He shouted out. It might be considered rude, but he appearently was in a hurry to meet with someone in power here.

Lynette's figure turned towards the man slowly, her eyes of amethyst and grey settled upon the stranger moving towards her. Both mage knights attempted to step forward and between her and this man. She shakes her head at the two with a stern look in her eyes for them to stay put. " You wish to see the king of Xexoria that is the only one I really know that is of that family here?" she said softly though her mind clicked to her very sister that lived in the castle that was a born out of wedlock from a past king.
She turned to one of the mage knights when she spoke lightly towards him," Take our guest here to the castle to see the captain of the guard. I doubt our king will accept his visit before being searched then present him to the king for an audience. Say that he was sent there upon the request of the new archmage." she took parchement also writing this down, then place her seal upon the papers. lynette looked towards the male for a moment," Is there anything else that I can possible help you with?" she asked softly.

He was almost suprised to see that she'd answered him. This was a sign of hope though, fore at least now he was making progress. Perhaps now he could get the help he seemed to be so desperately seeking. "I apologize for being so rude, but I've got somewhat of an emergency on my hands. Would you be so kind as to go with me and your guards to the castle? I might need someone to break the ice between your king and myself." He also noted that she mentioned the king when he mentioned the name Benglasse. "And I supose it's a good sign to see that a Benglasse is in power, but whatever rank they hold, I need to speak with them at this very moment please." There was then nothing else he could do. All that he could do now was to wait to be escorted to the castle where, after being examined by the palace guard, he could then hopefully meet with the king, or some form of Benglasse at least.

Lynette eyed this man for a moment, her vision soon shifted towards one of the mage knights," Go ahead onto the school let the mages, and students know I will be there soon as can be, and to go ahead and start. " she said softly. Slow steps turned her onto the path leading towards the castle," After you m'lord. I can try my best to break the ice between you two, not sure how well he thinks of me?" she chuckled with those words. One mage knight left the group to return to the school, and the other was already ahead of them going towards the castle to announce that their was a new guest coming to the kings door.
Lynette walked with slow yet graceful steps, her walk was silent almost like she was walking on the air instead of the earth. She give a nod of greeting towards those they passed along the way, her eyes watched the man from the corner of her vision," So tell me sir what is your urgent business with this family you seek?" she asked softly.
